Sure, we would love to have the chance to meet you – We think our customers are the BEST!
Be sure to select "Local Pickup" as the shipping method at checkout. Please note: you will still be required to enter a shipping address to complete the order. Don't worry--we won't ship the order. It will be waiting for you to pick up at our pretzel kitchen. We'll send you an email with pick up info as soon as your order is ready. This will ensure it is ready and that someone will be at our pretzel kitchen at the time you plan to pick it up. Typical pick up times are Monday-Wednesdays 8:30-4:00
When will my order ship?
Normally we will ship orders 7 days from order date. (Keep in mind we only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays so your gourmet treats do not sit in a hot truck or in a facility over the weekend. Therefore orders placed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship that immediate Wednesday)
So you can keep track of the status of your order we will email you a tracking number once your order has shipped.
We’ve all heard and read about delays in shipping during the holiday season. We know those delays are real, so we encourage customers to buy and send gifts earlier than ever. During peak times, it could take several days longer than expected to ship a package. It would be wise to send your package AT LEAST 10 days before a holiday.
To assure arrival in time for Christmas make sure to place your orders by December 16.
To assure arrival in time for Valentine’s Day & Easter make sure to place your orders 10 days prior to Easter.
If you need a delivery on a specific date (later than the typical 4-10 days from order date), please add a note at checkout so we can ensure your order arrives when you want it to.
Will I receive an email confirming my order?
Yes! An automatic order confirmation is emailed immediately after you place your order. If you don't receive it, your order may not have gone through. Please check your spam, junk or promotions folder first and then contact us if you can't find your order confirmation.
How do I know when my package will arrive?
Normally a tracking email will be sent the day your order ship. A tracking email will include the shipping method and tracking number for your reference. Please remember to choose a delivery address where someone will be available to accept the package so it doesn't sit outside in the heat. Tip: If the box feels warm, open immediately to expose your sweets to cooler indoor air. If chocolate has softened at all, give it a chance to firm up again before handling further.
My order is a gift. Can I include a gift note and make sure the person receiving my gift will not see the price?
At checkout, you will have the opportunity to include a gift message and provide any special instructions for your order. The packing list will not include any price information, so you don't have to worry about your gift recipient seeing prices.
Are your GF pretzels Certified Gluten Free?
Since gluten sensitivities range from complete intolerance to less severe we want to be very clear that while we do take steps to prevent cross contamination our gluten free pretzels are made In the same facility as our pretzels that naturally contain gluten.
What is the shelf life, and how do I properly store gourmet treats?
We recommend storing your pretzels at room temperature avoiding warm lights and/or sunlight. Storing the pretzels in a cool, dry place under 70 degrees Fahrenheit will help preserve your gourmet treats. We also recommend NOT storing your pretzels in your refrigerator simply because they may condensate and cause the chocolate to discolor. They will still taste just as wonderful, but may not be as aesthetically pleasing. Our pretzels have a 6 month shelf life.

What is your dream for Sarah’s Gourmet Pretzels?
My dream is to not only help children in America rescued out of child trafficking, I also wish to eventually be a place of employment for women who find themselves in abusive situations and in need of caring for themselves and their children in a meaningful and fulfilling way. With this, I envision offering a competitively waged, incentive based employment opportunity that is safe, nurturing and healing to moms and their children. I would like to include being able to offer on-site childcare so that these precious mamas can make a living wage, while also being on-site for their children. I look forward to using my life coach training in a way that could be beneficial to our future employees who are seeking to calm the chaos, and provide stability in their personal lives while providing a safe and nurturing environment for their children. My dream is to set up more mini pretzel factories at other home locations throughout the US that would provide more jobs for women coming out of abusive situations while also continuing to donate to help children rescued out of child-trafficking & continuing to donate to help women and children from around the world who have been rescued out of abuse. I envision keeping each pretzel kitchen location small enough to build relationships with each of the employees, while continually adding new locations to keep up with the demand for our pretzels.
It’s not unusual for one of our customers to call us to see if we can collaborate for the common good of these precious children in trauma - it is exciting to see how God is putting His team together to be a voice for survivors of trauma and abuse. To God be the Glory!

What sets your company apart from others in your industry
Do you know that most of the chocolate you buy begins with forced child labor? It’s true, the chocolate industry uses child slaves…Because of this we have intentionally partnered with a chocolate supplier who is not only taking steps to protect children from being slaves in chocolate production, but they are also providing all aspects of care to these children in these communities - including making sure they’re in school and providing them with a healthy lunch. They are also actively training women for economic empowerment. The chocolate we use stands for freedom for all!
In addition to using slave free chocolate, there are also many things that we have heard that set us apart. Our customers often comment about appreciating our attention to aesthetic beauty, combined with our generous amount of toppings & chocolate on each and every pretzel, They also are quick to jump on board to buy our pretzels because of the satisfaction of knowing that they are partnering together to not only protect children at the front end of cacao harvesting, but then knowing 10% of the proceeds will be donated to help abolish child trafficking.Through purchasing our chocolate we are giving our customers the chance to partner with us for the restoration of children rescued from entering into trafficking and then out of child trafficking. We are proactive to address child trafficking on both ends and we & our customers believe it’s a win win!
In addition to all of that, as if that’s not enough…over & over our customers tell us that they have never seen or tasted pretzels like ours. We believe that this is due to the reasons mentioned above plus the fact that we truly make our chocolate covered pretzels by hand. We do not use machines to make them for us. Each pretzel is hand-dipped and then carefully hand decorated with generous portions of toppings. Our pretzels are genuinely hand-crafted.
