Since gluten sensitivities range from complete intolerance to less severe we want to be very clear that while we do take steps to prevent cross contamination our gluten free pretzels are made in the same facility as our pretzels that naturally contain gluten.

Orders are usually processed within three business days.

We utilize UPS for all our shipments. All shipments originate from Dunlo, Pennsylvania.

We ensure that all orders are delivered within two days of shipment using UPS Ground or UPS 2-Day service, whichever is necessary for timely delivery.

Costs: We charge a flat rate of $20 for orders shipped via UPS Ground, and $45 for orders shipped via UPS 2-Day. Remember, orders over $99 automatically receive a $20 shipping discount at checkout.

Please note: In extreme heat, even with our precautions, there is still a risk if the package sits in direct sunlight or a hot area. Delivering to a business address significantly reduces this risk. We do not recommend shipping orders to areas where temperatures exceed 90°F.
