At Sarah's Gourmet Pretzels, your satisfaction is our top priority. Because we sell perishable gourmet chocolate-covered pretzels, we have the following policy:
Returns & Refunds

All sales are final on opened packages for food safety reasons.

Unopened packages may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund (minus original shipping) if they are in their original, sealed packaging.

If your order arrives damaged or spoiled, contact us within 48 hours with photos for a replacement or full refund (including shipping).

Our pretzels stay fresh for 6–8 months, but please inspect upon arrival.
Include your order number and details/photos of the issue. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days.
Shipping

We ship only to the lower 48 United States.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless we approve otherwise.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. Please double-check flavors and quantities before ordering.
